With several openings—Customer Service, Call Center Agent, and Receptionist—you’ll have the chance to make a real impact, learn on the job, and grow in a supportive environment that truly values your energy and commitment. Sound like the next step you’ve been waiting for?

About Us

Nestled in the heart of Jumeirah Lake Towers, our rapidly growing company thrives on diversity, collaboration, and mutual respect. We’re not just another corporate office—we’re a lively, multicultural team that believes in supporting each other, celebrating wins (big and small!), and making every client interaction memorable. While we take our work seriously, there’s always room for a good laugh or a team lunch. Our doors are open to people from all walks of life, and we’re especially proud of how we help newcomers find their feet (and friends) in Dubai.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries over the phone or in person, making sure every question gets the attention it deserves.
  • Assist clients and colleagues by providing accurate information about our services and processes.
  • Maintain tidy, organized workspaces—reception areas or call desks—so everything runs smoothly.

  • Collaborate with your teammates to handle busy periods or tricky situations (we’ve all been there).
  • Occasionally pitch in with special projects or events—no two days are exactly the same here.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • A positive, can-do attitude and genuine enjoyment in helping others.
  • Good basic communication in English (other languages are a plus!).
  • Willingness to learn—we welcome freshers, whether you’re on a visit, cancelled, or own visa.
  • Ability to stay calm and polite even on busy days.
  • Reliable, punctual, and ready to work as part of a team.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous customer service or reception experience.
  • Familiarity with basic office software (email, spreadsheets).
  • Confidence handling phone calls and face-to-face interactions.

Not sure you meet every requirement? Let’s talk anyway—your unique background might be just what we need!

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary packages, starting at AED 3,500 and up to AED 6,500 (depending on experience and role).
  • Company-sponsored visa, plus comfortable accommodation and daily transport—leave the logistics to us!
  • Annual leave so you can recharge or travel home.
  • Open to all nationalities; we celebrate diversity in every sense.
  • Supportive team culture that helps you settle in quickly, especially if you’re new to Dubai.
  • Real growth opportunities—many of our managers started out in frontline roles themselves.
  • Regular team get-togethers and a work environment where your ideas are heard.

We know starting a new job (or a new life in Dubai!) can be daunting, but you won’t face it alone. Come join a company that’s as ambitious as you are.
