What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet visitors and callers with a warm, professional demeanor—your smile will set the tone!
- Respond to customer inquiries over the phone or in person, making sure every question gets the attention it deserves.
- Assist clients and colleagues by providing accurate information about our services and processes.
- Maintain tidy, organized workspaces—reception areas or call desks—so everything runs smoothly.
- Update records, log calls, and handle administrative tasks with care and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with your teammates to handle busy periods or tricky situations (we’ve all been there).
- Occasionally pitch in with special projects or events—no two days are exactly the same here.
What You’ll Bring

- Good basic communication in English (other languages are a plus!).
