About the Company

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Deira, our recruitment agency is known for connecting talented people with opportunities that help them thrive. We believe in a people-first approach—whether that’s supporting our team, our clients, or the jobseekers who trust us with their careers. Our office hums with collaborative energy, and we’re proud of our diverse team who bring a little extra heart to everything they do. Here, it’s not just about filling seats; it’s about building connections that last.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Listening carefully to understand each customer’s needs, concerns, or questions, and providing clear, helpful responses
  • Resolving issues efficiently, ensuring customers leave satisfied (and maybe even a little impressed)
  • Documenting conversations accurately in our systems, so teammates are always in the loop
  • Collaborating with colleagues to find creative solutions to customer challenges
  • Learning on the job, picking up product and service knowledge as you go, so you can offer the best support possible
  • Supporting team initiatives, whether it’s helping out during peak times or pitching in for a group project

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves:

    • Strong spoken and written English communication skills
    • A patient, empathetic approach to customer interactions
    • Professional appearance and demeanor
    • Ability to stay calm and positive under pressure
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
    • Basic computer skills (email, data entry, etc.)
  • Nice-to-Haves:

    • Previous experience in a customer-facing or call center role
    • Additional languages (especially Arabic)
    • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • AED 3,500/month salary, inclusive of all benefits
  • Legal benefits under UAE labor law: visa, medical insurance, paid annual leave, and end-of-service bonus
  • Supportive team environment where people genuinely care about your growth
  • Exposure to a fast-paced, multicultural workplace in Deira
  • Opportunities to learn new skills and advance your career within the company
  • Regular team check-ins and a leadership team that actually listens

We know work is more than a paycheck—it’s about feeling valued, making a difference, and building a future. If you’re ready to take the next step, we can’t wait to meet you.
