What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting guests with genuine enthusiasm and ensuring every table feels welcome from the first hello
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately, and answering questions about our menu with confidence
- Serving dishes and drinks efficiently—think careful hands, attentive eyes, and a dash of flair
- Assisting the kitchen and service teams to keep everything flowing smoothly (yes, sometimes you’ll be the hero who saves the day when we’re slammed)
- Running food from kitchen to table with care, making sure it arrives looking just as good as the chef intended
- Spotting opportunities to make a guest’s experience even better—whether they need a top-up, a recommendation, or just a friendly chat
- Setting up and clearing tables so the dining room always looks inviting
- Handling guest requests and feedback with empathy, and working together with teammates to solve any hiccup
