What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet visitors, answer calls, and direct inquiries with genuine warmth—think of yourself as the friendly face (and voice!) of the company
- Coordinate appointments and manage the daily front desk schedule, so the office always runs like clockwork
- Assist with administrative tasks—from handling documentation to organizing files, your eye for detail will make a real difference
- Support customers and candidates both in person and over the phone, ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impression
- Work closely with the recruitment team by providing timely updates on appointments, walk-ins, and client feedback
- Problem-solve on the fly—when unexpected situations come up, you keep your cool and find quick, effective solutions
- Maintain the office’s welcoming atmosphere, whether you’re tidying the reception area or making sure everyone’s comfortable
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service and/or front desk receptionist roles
- Strong communication skills; friendly, patient, and comfortable with a diverse clientele
- Good organization and multitasking abilities—juggling tasks is second nature
- Professional appearance and demeanor, always representing the company’s best
- Currently living in the UAE and ready for immediate joining
Nice-to-Haves:
- Fluency in additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, etc.)
- Previous experience in the UAE recruitment or services sector
- Familiarity with basic office software (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
