What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers with a warm greeting, and ensuring their needs are clearly understood and addressed
- Supervising the flow of vehicles and services throughout the day – you’ll be the heartbeat of the branch
- Coordinating staff schedules and keeping morale high, especially during peak hours
- Ensuring quality standards are maintained and services are delivered promptly, without compromising Royal Steam’s reputation
- Resolving customer concerns smoothly—think of yourself as both a problem-solver and a relationship builder
- Handling daily reports and providing regular feedback to management
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- You hold a valid UAE residency (visa)
- You have a valid UAE driving license
- Strong communication—comfortable talking to customers and leading a small team
- Flexibility to work 10-hour shifts, six days a week
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing, supervisory, or automotive role
- Familiarity with car care or detailing processes
- Arabic language skills (a plus, but not required)
