About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Are you an experienced Electrician looking for your next challenge in Abu Dhabi? Here’s your chance to join a dynamic electrical contracting company where your skills will truly matter. Whether you’re energized by hands-on projects or thrive in a team that gets the job done right (and safely), this could be the role that lights up your career. Immediate starts mean you could be making an impact — and settling into a great crew — sooner than you think.

About the Company

This isn’t your average electrical firm. We’re a group of detail-oriented professionals who take pride in building solutions that power Abu Dhabi’s most exciting projects, from commercial landmarks to innovative smart systems. Collaboration is at the core of how we work: when a tricky panel installation has everyone scratching their heads, we figure it out together (usually over strong coffee). Growth here comes from getting your hands dirty, solving real problems, and seeing the results every day — whether at the worksite or in our Friday safety huddles.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Installing and assembling a variety of electrical panels (including Distribution Boards, DBs) with precision and attention to detail.
  • Running cable trays and fitting conduits — both GI and PVC — across new and retrofit projects.
  • Pulling cables safely and routing them according to detailed site plans.
  • Fitting lighting fixtures and installing control systems, aiming for both reliability and efficiency.
  • Reading and interpreting electrical drawings, layouts, and technical diagrams so the finished product matches the plan.
  • Working alongside engineers, supervisors, and fellow electricians to keep every project moving smoothly and on schedule.
  • Maintaining strict safety standards, reporting any site hazards, and participating in regular safety briefings.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • At least 3 years’ hands-on experience in electrical works, ideally in a contracting or construction environment.
  • Proven expertise in electrical panel (DB) installation and assembly.
  • Skilled in cable tray and conduit installation (GI and PVC), as well as cable pulling techniques.
  • Confident with lighting fixture and control system installation, both new and retrofit.
  • Able to read and understand electrical drawings and wiring schematics.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality, with a proactive approach on-site.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working in Abu Dhabi or the wider UAE.
  • Familiarity with local electrical codes and safety standards.
  • Basic spoken English or Arabic for site communication.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive, on-time salary payments you can rely on.
  • Overtime opportunities for those who want to go the extra mile.
  • Uniform, safety gear, and top-notch tools provided from day one.
  • Supportive team that values sharing know-how and lending a hand.
  • Regular access to skill-building sessions (and good coffee at team meetings).
  • Safe, well-managed worksites where your wellbeing is a priority.

If being appreciated for the work you do and having the chance to grow with a dedicated crew are what you’re after, you’ll feel right at home here. This isn’t just another job — it’s a place to build a real career in Abu Dhabi.
