What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily plumbing operations at project sites, ensuring work is efficient and up to our standards
- Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and fellow tradespeople to keep schedules on track
- Reviewing plumbing drawings and blueprints, and providing expert input on installation methods (and practical fixes)
- Supervising and mentoring a team of skilled plumbers—answering questions, sharing best practices, and stepping in when the going gets tough
- Inspecting all completed work to confirm it meets code requirements and our company’s high bar for safety
- Managing material orders and keeping an eagle eye on inventory so there are no last-minute scrambles
- Maintaining detailed site reports and communicating progress to project managers—no surprises, no confusion
What You’ll Bring
- 4–5 years (minimum) of hands-on plumbing experience, ideally in a foreman or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of local Abu Dhabi plumbing codes, regulations, and safety best practices
- Proven ability to read construction drawings and implement plumbing layouts in the field
- Leadership skills with a knack for motivating and guiding a team (a little good humor goes a long way)
- Attention to detail and a real sense of pride in getting things done right, on time
- Basic computer skills for reporting and communication
