As a Data Entry Operator at our reputable Business Bay office, you’ll be the friendly face that greets visitors and the steady hand behind the scenes, ensuring everything runs smoothly. This is a unique opportunity to blend administrative precision with a customer-centric mindset—all in the vibrant heart of Dubai’s business district. Ready to join a team that truly values professionalism and service?

About the Company

We’re a well-established company deeply rooted in the fast-paced world of Business Bay, Dubai—a hub where tradition and innovation meet daily. Our office culture thrives on collaboration and respect, with a team that celebrates small wins as enthusiastically as the big ones. Fridays often wrap up with laughter over coffee, sharing stories from the week and planning the next. We’re proud of our reputation, but even prouder of the people behind it.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Input, update, and maintain client, inventory, and invoice data across multiple company systems, always double-checking for accuracy.
  • Carefully verify all incoming data and correct any discrepancies before information spreads downstream.
  • Support the front office by welcoming guests, answering calls, and directing queries to the right person smoothly.
  • Generate thorough reports and summaries to support our operational decision-making.
  • Keep physical and digital records up-to-date and organized—no frantic last-minute sorting here.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
  • Occasionally assist with special administrative projects or events (we work together, not in silos).

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Prior experience in data entry or a similar administrative role (1 year minimum preferred).
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and confidence navigating databases.
  • Polished presentation and communication skills—you’re the first impression for our visitors!
  • Impeccable attention to detail, with a knack for spotting errors others might miss.
  • A professional, calm demeanor—even during busy hours.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and treating sensitive information with care.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or front-office position.
  • Familiarity with basic invoicing or inventory processes.
  • Conversational fluency in Arabic a bonus, but not required.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary, paid on time every month.
  • Modern, sun-filled office located in the heart of Business Bay—easy access via public transport.
  • Supportive management and a friendly, stable team culture.
  • Training to help you grow your skills, including software refreshers and customer service workshops.
  • Occasional Friday treats and team-building lunches (food lovers welcome).
  • Clear pathways for career advancement and internal mobility.
  • Well-defined working hours—so your work-life balance stays balanced.

We know our team is our strength. If you’re looking for a place to bring your skills, your professionalism, and your personality, we hope you’ll consider making our office your next work home.
