What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive direct sales for leading banking products by building trust and rapport with new clients across Dubai
- Identify potential customers, approach them confidently, and explain product features in clear, compelling ways
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while keeping your finger on the pulse of changing market trends
- Cultivate warm relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals—follow-ups are second nature to you
- Maintain accurate records using our CRM tools and regularly report results to your team leader
- Attend training sessions and team meetings at our Garhoud office, sharing your wins (and helpful lessons) with pride
- Respond promptly to client questions or requests—because in Dubai, service really stands out
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous hands-on experience selling banking products or solutions in the UAE (think personal finance, credit cards, loans, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of the UAE market, sales techniques, and customer expectations
- Strong communication and presentation skills—you know how to break the ice and close the deal
- Physical presence in the UAE, ready for face-to-face client meetings and team gatherings
- A flair for resilience—setbacks don’t slow you down, they motivate you to push harder
Nice-to-Haves:
- Multilingual abilities (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Filipino can be a distinct plus)
