What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging potential clients—both walk-ins in our Business Bay office and leads sourced through digital channels
- Conducting property viewings, sharing expert advice, and guiding clients through every step of their buying, selling, or renting journey
- Outbound prospecting and responding promptly to new inquiries to keep our pipeline as vibrant as our skyline
- Working closely with our in-house digital team to create and manage property listings across top online platforms
- Building and nurturing lasting relationships with landlords, buyers, and tenants—because trust is key in real estate
- Contributing your insights on market trends, neighborhood developments, and pricing strategies during weekly team huddles
- Following up on leads, tracking your own progress, and proactively seeking innovative ways to hit (and exceed) your sales targets
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- 1–3 years of experience in sales—real estate, digital marketing, or outdoor sales all valued
- Proven ability to build rapport quickly and communicate confidently in English (extra languages always welcome)
- Solid understanding of digital marketing basics (social media platforms, property portals, etc.)
- A proactive, target-driven approach with a knack for turning “maybe” into “yes”
- Currently residing in the UAE, with the legal right to work locally
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working in the Dubai property market
- Familiarity with CRM tools or real estate-specific software
- Valid UAE driving license for those who like hitting the road
