About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever pictured yourself at the heart of Dubai’s buzzing business district, helping brands come alive? As a Marketing Associate based in vibrant Deira, you’ll enjoy a front-row seat to the city’s dynamic commercial scene—and play an active role in shaping how clients connect with their audiences. If you thrive in an environment where every conversation holds potential and meeting ambitious targets feels rewarding, this could be exactly what you’ve been looking for.
About the Company
We’re a recruitment agency with a twist: our mission isn’t just to fill seats, but to build teams where real growth happens. Our Dubai branch is known for its collaborative energy—whether that’s swapping tips over lunch or celebrating a team win after landing a new client. The marketing team is a close-knit bunch: quick to share credit, never shy with good humor, and always curious about what makes people tick. Here, new ideas get airtime, and initiative never goes unnoticed.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with both new and existing clients—you’ll be their go-to for everything marketing-related.
- Representing the company at events, presentations, and promotional activities all across Deira, making every interaction count.
- Supporting campaign launches—whether it means brainstorming fresh ways to engage a crowd or handling on-the-ground logistics with a smile.
- Gathering feedback from clients and customers to fine-tune our approach, always looking for that edge to outperform the competition.
- Regularly updating the team on market trends and sharing insights that could unlock new opportunities.
- Working towards, and hopefully smashing through, your personal and team targets—commission is definitely on the table.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- A naturally energetic, outgoing attitude—clients and teammates should feel your enthusiasm.
- Comfort working with targets and deadlines (they motivate, not intimidate you).
- Top-notch communication skills in English; Arabic is a welcome bonus.
- Willingness to be out and about in Deira for events and meetings.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in promotions, retail, or marketing is great, but not essential.
- Familiarity with Dubai’s local business culture will help you hit the ground running.
- Digital savvy—think social media or CRM tools—can make your job even easier.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary (AED 3200–4000) plus commission—what you achieve truly pays off.
- Visa, medical insurance, and annual leave as per UAE labor law—peace of mind, sorted.
- Supportive, vibrant team culture: expect laughter, not just PowerPoints.
- Career-building exposure right at the heart of Dubai’s most energetic neighborhood.
- Fresh challenges every week and real potential for future growth within the industry.
We know work is just one part of your life—you’ll find a team here that values ambition, celebrates wins, and works hard together, every step of the way.
