What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintaining a well-organized, up-to-date filing system—both digital and hard copy—that makes document retrieval a breeze
  • Handling document distribution, retrieval, and archiving for multiple departments, always ensuring confidentiality and compliance
  • Checking documents for completeness, accuracy, and proper signatures before filing or forwarding
  • Assisting staff with document-related queries, training new joiners on filing procedures, and being the go-to for “where can I find...?”
  • Tracking and logging document movement so nothing goes missing in the shuffle
  • Supporting audits and legal requests by preparing document packages or reports as needed
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to streamline filing and document control processes
