What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing and organizing warehouse documents — think invoices, delivery notes, and stock records — with laser-sharp accuracy
- Maintaining up-to-date records of inventory, logging all incoming and outgoing goods
- Coordinating with team members to ensure items are stored and retrieved efficiently
- Assisting with regular stock takes and reporting discrepancies (because you notice the little things others might miss)
- Supporting daily warehouse operations, whether it’s labeling, filing, or helping load/unload deliveries
- Making sure safety and cleanliness standards are always up to scratch — a tidy warehouse is a happy warehouse
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience as a Document Controller, Storekeeper, or both
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office or similar for document management)
- Good communication — you don’t mind asking questions or sharing updates with your team
- Currently residing in the UAE (applications from outside the country can’t be considered)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in a warehouse environment in Dubai or the wider UAE
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Ability to work in a multicultural team
