What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing and organizing both electronic and physical documents; ensuring quick retrieval and absolute confidentiality.
  • Tracking incoming and outgoing inventory, logging details accurately, and reconciling records with physical stock.
  • Coordinating with purchasing, logistics, and operations teams to keep materials moving smoothly.
  • Conducting routine audits on documents and inventory, flagging irregularities, and suggesting process improvements.
  • Managing document archives, regularly updating storage systems, and safely disposing of obsolete materials.
  • Helping colleagues locate files or stock items — you’re the go-to for “where’s that thing?” questions.
  • Pitching in with day-to-day store operations, from checking deliveries to maintaining a tidy, organized workspace.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • At least 1 year’s experience as a Document Controller, Storekeeper, or similar roles (ideally both).
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic documentation techniques.
  • Attention to detail — you notice what others might miss.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities at once.
  • Good communication skills (English required), with a collaborative mindset.
