What You’ll Be Doing
- Create accurate, detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD for various standing seam and contracting projects
- Interpret architectural and engineering sketches and convert them into clear shop drawings
- Coordinate with the project managers, site engineers, and factory staff to clarify requirements and ensure all drawings meet company and client standards
- Update and revise drawings as projects evolve or requirements shift
- Prepare and organize documentation using Microsoft Office tools
- Assist the team in ensuring all documentation and drawings are labeled, filed, and accessible
- Occasionally join site visits or factory floor walk-throughs to check details and confirm measurements
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proficiency in spoken and written English (communication is everything here)
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Very good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Solid attention to detail, with a knack for turning complex specs into clear, useable drawings
- Open to male or female candidates; what matters is your drive and diligence
Nice-to-Haves:
- Ability to speak Arabic or Filipino in addition to English
- Experience in a similar industrial, factory, or contracting environment
- Familiarity with standing seam systems or roofing industry practices
