What You’ll Be Doing

  • Hitting the streets across MBZ City and greater Abu Dhabi, promoting and selling a range of telecom products and service plans to residential and small business customers
  • Spark meaningful conversations with potential customers, turning curiosity into clear, confident sales
  • Generate and nurture leads — sometimes from a referral, sometimes from a friendly knock on the door
  • Gather the necessary customer documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the activation process
  • Coordinate closely with the back office to get new connections up and running, with minimal hassle for your customers
  • Track your sales activity and report on daily progress — not just ticking boxes, but using data to improve your approach
  • Continuously learn about new offerings and competitor activity, so you’re never caught off guard

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Previous experience in field sales, ideally in telecom, insurance, or related sectors
  • Confident communicator who feels at ease approaching strangers and quickly builds rapport
  • A knack for persuading, negotiating, and handling objections without losing your cool
  • Willingness to work outdoors and travel across assigned locations in Abu Dhabi
  • Organizational skills — managing paperwork, sales follow-ups, and reporting
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus)
