About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Are you an Abu Dhabi real estate pro who’s ready for your next big move? VIP Brokerage is hosting a Recruitment Open Day — and we’re searching for driven sales consultants, leasing whizzes, and behind-the-scenes listing coordinators who know the local market and are hungry for growth. If you thrive on closing deals, building relationships, and want to play a real part in a growing team, this is your golden ticket.
About the Company
VIP Brokerage isn’t your run-of-the-mill property outfit. We’re known for our dynamic, close-knit team and an unpretentious, performance-driven culture. Growth here happens fast — not just for the company, but for our people. Friday breakfasts, collaborative deal “war stories,” and friendly rivalries for the monthly star agent plaque? It’s all part of the fun. We’re serious about supporting success, whether that means mentorship for ambitious newcomers or a clear path to senior roles for our best performers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Meeting clients face to face and building genuine relationships — this isn’t a desk job.
- Advising buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants on property options, legalities, and the little details that clinch the deal.
- Negotiating offers and closing transactions with confidence and integrity.
- Conducting property viewings around Abu Dhabi, ensuring each tour leaves an impression.
- Maintaining up-to-date listings, documentation, and CRM updates — yes, our tools are modern (and our admin team is a lifesaver).
- Attending and contributing to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and yes, sometimes the occasional spontaneous group lunch.
- Learning from seasoned pros and sharing your own tips in a team where everyone actually wants to help each other win.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 1 year of hands-on real estate experience in Abu Dhabi (you know the neighborhoods — and their hidden gems).
- A genuine knack for relationship-building and customer service.
- Own car and valid UAE driving license (no way around it, you'll need to get around).
- Strong communication — English is a must; Arabic, a major advantage.
- A proactive attitude; you don’t wait for opportunity to knock.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Expertise in CRM tools (we use the best in class).
- Existing client contacts and a network within Abu Dhabi’s property scene.
- Multilingual skills — especially Arabic, Russian, or Chinese.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Uncapped earning potential — commissions are transparent, competitive, and paid out on time, every time.
- Clear career paths plus frequent internal promotions.
- Regular skills workshops & guest speakers — because learning should never stop.
- Modern, collaborative office in a prime Abu Dhabi location, with all the coffee you’d expect.
- Flexible schedules — deliver results, shape your own day.
- Supportive, down-to-earth leadership who genuinely care about your growth and wellbeing.
- Team celebrations and recognition for top performers — because your wins really matter here.
We believe real estate careers should be as dynamic and ambitious as the city we serve. If you’re ready to bring your experience, energy, and ideas, we can’t wait to meet you on Saturday, 31st Jan 2026.
