What You’ll Be Doing
- Building lasting relationships with clients, from first viewing to handing over the keys.
- Sourcing and listing new properties for rent and sale across Abu Dhabi’s diverse neighborhoods.
- Managing inquiries, scheduling viewings, and providing honest advice tailored to each client’s needs.
- Leveraging your driving license to efficiently shuttle between appointments around the city.
- Preparing and processing tenancy contracts, agreements, and necessary documentation.
- Meeting (and aiming to exceed) monthly targets with transparency—you know where you stand and how far you’ve come.
- Using sales and CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and deal progress.
- Staying up-to-date on market trends, pricing strategies, and new property launches.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- At least 2 years’ hands-on experience in real estate sales or leasing in the UAE market.
- Valid UAE driving license—essential for getting around Abu Dhabi’s neighborhoods.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken (an extra language is always a plus).
- Confident with computers and familiar with property management or CRM tools.
- Self-motivation and resilience, especially in a target-driven environment.
