What You’ll Be Doing

  • Guide clients through the exciting journey of buying, selling, or renting real estate, supporting them every step of the way.
  • Network and build solid relationships with potential clients—think coffee meetups, neighborhood tours, and more.
  • Stay on top of Dubai’s dynamic property market, learning about new developments, listings, and trends as they happen.
  • Listen carefully to clients’ needs (sometimes, it’s about more than square footage!) and use that insight to recommend the perfect property.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals and property options.
  • Create engaging property listings and contribute to our marketing initiatives.
  • Negotiate deals with honesty and tact, always aiming for outcomes that make everyone smile.
  • Work closely with the team—sharing knowledge and celebrating successes together.

  • Previous real estate experience in Dubai (but not required!)
  • Valid UAE driving license
