What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing all daily operations of the shop—from opening up to closing out the register
- Greeting customers, receiving their orders, and making sure every item is tagged and tracked accurately
- Coordinating timely deliveries and pickups, ensuring no detail slips through the cracks
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues with a smile (and maybe a stain-removal tip or two)
- Training and supporting staff, keeping the workflow efficient and upbeat
- Monitoring and updating our customer database, making sure our records are always current
- Analyzing business performance and developing creative strategies to boost sales and attract new customers
- Keeping a close eye on inventory and supplies, placing orders as needed
- Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and compliance, both behind the counter and out front
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Prior experience managing or supervising in a dry cleaning, laundry, or similar customer-facing environment
- Strong organizational skills and a knack for multitasking—even during the morning rush
- Friendly, professional communication skills (in-person and over the phone)
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Basic tech savvy for using POS systems and managing databases
- Fluency in English
