Curious what it’s like to see your projects literally light up Dubai? As an Electrical Engineer with a flair for DEWA regulations and hands-on project expertise, you’ll get the chance to turn ambitious blueprints into dazzling reality. We’re a forward-thinking contracting company right in the heart of the UAE, and we’re on the lookout for someone who knows how to navigate both engineering challenges and fast-paced construction sites—no two days here are ever quite the same.
About the Company
Our team is a vibrant mosaic of engineers, project managers, and tenacious planners who genuinely believe in building more than just structures—we build trust, communities, and careers. You’ll notice quickly that we mix old-school respect for craftsmanship with a modern obsession for quality and efficiency. Whether we’re tackling a high-rise project or crunching numbers in a design review, collaboration is at the core of what we do. And if you stick around for a Friday lunch, don’t be surprised when shop talk merges with laughter—it happens a lot.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading all aspects of electrical project execution, from concept to commissioning, ensuring compliance with local standards (especially DEWA).
- Preparing, reviewing, and organizing detailed DEWA submissions for approvals—the real nuts-and-bolts paperwork that keeps projects moving.
- Collaborating closely with tendering teams to accurately price projects and review bids, helping win work that matches our high standards.

- Working closely with clients, consultants, and authorities—communicating clearly, solving problems proactively, and representing our company with professionalism.
- Keeping meticulous project records and ensuring technical documents are up-to-date and fully compliant.
- Actively identifying ways to optimize costs, materials, and processes without sacrificing safety or quality.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 5 years of electrical engineering experience in the UAE or wider Gulf region (you know your way around DEWA like a local).
- Proven background with DEWA approval processes, submissions, and local authority requirements.
- Strong hands-on involvement with project tendering, pricing, and execution in a contracting environment.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English—you can explain technicalities clearly to site teams and clients alike.
- Previous work experience in a contracting company on major construction/electromechanical projects.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with fast-track or design-build projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or related engineering software.
- Ability to read (and perhaps speak) Arabic.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive, tax-free salary and regular performance reviews.
- Annual flight allowance (where would you go on your next adventure?).
- Flexible working hours and a mix of office- and site-based tasks—no monotony here.
- Supportive environment with plenty of on-the-job learning and mentorship from industry veterans.
- Multicultural team that values integrity, initiative, and a good sense of humor.
- The satisfaction of seeing your projects shape the city skyline.
There’s a real sense of accomplishment at the end of each project here—and, honestly, there’s just something special about being able to point to a building and say, “I helped make that happen.”
