What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and supervising electrical technicians and site crews with a hands-on approach
- Assigning daily work schedules, making sure everyone understands their tasks and priorities
- Overseeing all electrical works for buildings and high-rise projects, especially external lighting and landscape wiring — safety and quality come first
- Ensuring materials, tools, and supplies are on hand when needed, reducing downtime on site
- Collaborating closely with project engineers, site managers, and other trades to coordinate smooth workflow and resolve issues as they come up
- Inspecting completed work for compliance with safety regulations, project specs, and company quality standards
- Reporting daily progress and flagging any technical or manpower issues early to keep projects on track — clear communication is your trademark
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as an Electrical Foreman on building or high-rise projects in the UAE
- Strong technical knowledge of external lighting systems and landscape electrical installations
- A proven track record managing small to mid-sized site teams — you're more coach than boss
- Familiarity with UAE electrical safety codes and site requirements
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Ready for immediate joining
Nice-to-Haves
- Trade certifications or diploma in electrical engineering (bonus points for UAE attestation)
- Experience with smart lighting controls or eco-friendly landscape systems
- Arabic proficiency
