About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever pictured yourself at the heart of a fast-paced, high-end construction project—where your electrical expertise truly drives the difference? We’re on the hunt for an experienced Electrical/MEP Site Engineer who’s passionate about quality craftsmanship and ready to jump into exciting villa developments across the UAE. If you’ve mastered the art of working on large-scale sites and you’re looking for your next challenge (with no long waits to get started), this might be just the role you’ve been waiting for.

About the Company

We’re a well-established player in the UAE’s thriving construction and MEP sector, known for delivering standout projects that blend modern design with smart engineering. Our team is diverse, dynamic, and supportive—Thursday lunches are legendary, and project milestones are always celebrated together. As we continue expanding our portfolio of luxury villas, we’re eager to welcome someone who knows the pulse of on-site life and appreciates a workplace where open communication and respect really do set the tone.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing electrical and MEP works on high-end villa construction sites, ensuring every detail aligns with drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinating daily with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers so workflows stay smooth (and surprises are minimized!).
  • Regularly inspecting site installations, troubleshooting snags on the spot, and upholding top-notch safety practices.
  • Reviewing and interpreting shop drawings—if you spot an issue, you’ll be the one to flag it early and suggest smart fixes.
  • Preparing site progress updates for the project team and participating actively in site meetings.
  • Liaising with consultants and clients, representing the company’s professional standards at every step.
  • Making sure material approvals, site inspections, and testing schedules are always moving forward.
  • Adapting to shifting site priorities and supporting your team, especially when deadlines are tight.

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves
    • At least 5 years of hands-on electrical/MEP site supervision experience right here in the UAE.
    • Strong background in large-scale villa or similar residential developments.
    • Availability to join on a short notice (immediate starters get extra points).
    • Collaborative mindset—you know how to keep both site and office teams on the same page.
  • Nice-to-Haves
    • Valid UAE driving license (quick site visits made easy).
    • Solid AutoCAD skills to help bridge the gap between design and reality.
    • Fluent English (Arabic is a plus, but not a deal-breaker).

Not sure you check every box? If you’ve got the drive and most of the skills, we’d still love to hear your story.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary range (AED 5,000–8,000 per month, based on your expertise).
  • Fast-track onboarding—we want you contributing (and feeling at home) from day one.
  • A team that feels more like colleagues than competitors, where your input matters and achievements are recognized.
  • Steady pipeline of exciting, top-tier villa projects—no two days are the same.
  • Flexible approach: immediate availability means you’re part of the action right away.
  • Regular company gatherings, ongoing learning opportunities, and a management team that’s genuinely invested in your growth.

You’ll be joining a community that values practical experience, initiative, and a sense of pride in building spaces people truly love. If you're ready to make your mark, we can't wait to meet you.
