Join Our Skilled Trades Team in Al Rigga, Dubai

Looking to put your hands-on expertise to work with a dependable company in the heart of Dubai? We’re searching for dedicated Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters, and Masons to join our dynamic team in Al Rigga. If you enjoy seeing your handiwork come to life every day — and you’re after a role that offers real stability and valuable benefits — this could be the perfect fit, especially in today’s fast-moving job market.

About Us

We're more than just a recruitment agency — we’re a trusted resource for skilled tradespeople seeking reliable, long-term work in Dubai. Our team values genuine skill, strong work ethic, and mutual respect above all. We pride ourselves on our supportive environment (team lunches happen more often than you'd expect), and we make it our business to help you settle in quickly, whether you’re here for the first time or looking to level up your career in the UAE.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Electricians:

    • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as they arise — your know-how keeps every project moving smoothly.
  • Plumbers:

    • Assemble, install, and repair piping systems, plumbing fixtures, and equipment like water heaters and valves.
    • Respond to urgent calls for leaks, bursts, or maintenance requests from clients and site supervisors.
  • Carpenters:

    • Measure, cut, and assemble wood structures for residential and commercial sites — from framing to finishing touches.
    • Fix or replace doors, partitions, and cabinetry with an eye for sturdy, long-lasting results.
  • Masons:

    • Lay bricks, concrete blocks, and other building materials to construct or repair walls, pathways, and more.
    • Work with precision and pride — every brick you lay helps build the foundations of our future projects.

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves:

    • At least 1 year of experience in your trade (Electrician, Plumber, Carpenter, or Mason)
    • Currently residing inside the UAE and ready to join immediately
    • Basic knowledge of tools, safety standards, and common issues in your trade
    • Willingness to work as part of a diverse, multicultural team
  • Nice-to-Haves:

    • Familiarity with Dubai building codes or prior UAE experience
    • Ability to read technical drawings or plans
    • Spoken Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog, or Arabic skills

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary range: AED 1,800 – 2,800 (based on experience)
  • Free visa sponsorship — we handle the paperwork, so you can focus on the job
  • Accommodation provided — comfortable, convenient, and close to your worksites
  • Company transportation between accommodations and sites
  • Supportive team environment with colleagues from around the world
  • Opportunities to sharpen your skills and take on more responsibility as you grow

At the end of the day, we care about helping you build your future in Dubai. It’s not just a job — it’s a step forward in your career surrounded by people who value your craft.

Common Interview Questions and Tips

To help you prepare and feel confident, here are some questions you might encounter during the interview process for this role.

  • Can you walk us through a recent project or job where you used your trade skills (as an electrician, plumber, carpenter, or mason) to solve a challenging problem on-site?
  • In your trade, how do you typically approach troubleshooting issues when you’re under time pressure or working in busy environments like construction sites?
  • What safety standards and precautions do you always follow in your work, and how do you make sure your work area is safe for yourself and others?
  • Are you comfortable reading and interpreting technical drawings or plans, especially when they’re related to projects here in the UAE? If yes, can you share an example?
  • Tell us about your experience with tools and materials specific to your trade. Are there any you’re especially skilled with, or new ones you’re eager to learn about?
  • How familiar are you with Dubai building codes or regulations, and what steps do you take to ensure your work meets local requirements?
  • Describe a situation where you had to respond quickly to an urgent repair or client request. How did you prioritize your work and communicate with others involved?
  • Give an example of a time when you worked alongside people from different backgrounds or cultures. What did you learn from the experience, and how did you build good relationships in the team?
  • Our company emphasizes mutual respect and supporting each other — what does “teamwork” mean to you in a skilled trades setting?
  • If you noticed a colleague struggling with a task or making an error, how would you address it while keeping a positive team dynamic?
  • We often have group lunches and community activities. How do you like to contribute to team spirit in and outside of work?
  • Since work can sometimes mean early starts and long hours on site, how do you keep yourself motivated and maintain high quality in your craft?
  • Can you share how you go about learning new skills, tools, or trade techniques to keep growing in your profession?
