About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered how cities climb higher, literally? As an Outdoor Elevator Sales Representative, you'll be the friendly face connecting top-quality elevators with Abu Dhabi’s buzzing builders and property owners. This role isn’t your typical office-bound sales gig — you’ll hit the pavement on Electra Street, forging genuine relationships and shaping the city skyline one lift at a time. If you love combining technical know-how with the dynamism of field sales, this is your lane.
About the Company
Step into a team where elevators aren’t just products — they’re a passion. Our company has spent years perfecting vertical transport solutions, and our people are the backbone of that success. You won’t find cold cubicles here; instead, you’ll discover a crew that swaps stories over Arabic coffee, rallies around new projects, and celebrates big wins together. Our roots are deep in Abu Dhabi, but our ambition is sky-high. If you thrive in environments where your ideas are actually heard (and occasionally over lunch), you’ll feel at home with us.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and building owners across Abu Dhabi — and yes, sometimes over a strong cup of local tea
- Visiting client sites on Electra Street and throughout Abu Dhabi to understand project needs and propose optimal elevator solutions
- Conducting persuasive, technical product presentations tailored to each client’s unique requirements (no one-size-fits-all pitches here)
- Collaborating with our in-house technical team to craft custom proposals and quotes
- Managing your sales pipeline, from first introduction through signed contract and beyond (follow-ups make all the difference)
- Keeping tabs on market trends, competitors, and fresh opportunities in the local elevator/vertical transportation scene
- Handling all documentation, quotations, and follow-ups (yep, there’s paperwork, but you’re efficient with it)
- Representing the brand at trade shows, industry events, and networking gatherings
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in elevator sales (industry insiders, you know who you are)
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (engineering, business, or similar preferred)
- Valid UAE driving license and — equally important — your own reliable car
- Current residence or freelance visa (you’ll need this to hit the ground running)
- Self-motivation, good organization, and a knack for building trust, in person and over the phone
Nice-to-Haves
- Strong network among Abu Dhabi’s contractors and property managers
- Fluency in Arabic and English — helps with clients and paperwork alike
- Familiarity with the nuances of the UAE elevator industry
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive base salary plus a healthy commission structure (ambition is rewarded here)
- Fuel allowance and paid mileage — because your car is practically your office
- Flexible hours and the freedom to manage your own schedule; no micromanagers peering over your shoulder
- Collaborative, close-knit team that supports your wins and helps you troubleshoot your challenges
- Ongoing training on the latest elevator tech and safety standards
- Opportunities to grow into senior sales or technical consultancy roles as the company expands
- Occasional team lunches and a ready supply of fresh coffee in the office (seriously, don’t underestimate the power of caffeine on a busy day)
Join us, and elevate your sales career — quite literally. Here, your ambition has room to rise.
