What You’ll Be Doing
- Hitting the streets (and the phones) to identify, approach, and engage new clients across Abu Dhabi.
- Presenting tailored elevator solutions to building owners, contractors, and property managers.
- Managing the full sales cycle—from initial contact, site visits, technical discussions, through to closing deals.
- Building lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and advice.
- Keeping an eye on market trends and competitor activity, and sharing your insights with the team.
- Coordinating closely with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales progress—organization is your secret weapon.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 4 years’ experience in elevator sales—you're comfortable discussing technical specs and industry nuances.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Valid UAE driving license and your own private car (you like being on the move).
- Currently hold a residence visa (freelance/own visa)—you’re ready to hit the ground running.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Strong existing network of contacts in the Abu Dhabi property or construction sector.
- Fluency in multiple languages (Arabic, English, or others).
- Familiarity with elevator installation processes or maintenance services.
