What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating multi-head embroidery machines with precision, ensuring each run meets our high-quality standards
- Loading design files into machines and prepping the right colors and threads for each order
- Performing routine maintenance and cleaning on machines to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime
- Troubleshooting issues on the fly—whether it’s a thread break, tension problem, or design alignment snag
- Monitoring stitch quality and making real-time adjustments for optimal results
- Collaborating with production and design teams to understand project requirements and ensure customer satisfaction
- Keeping detailed production logs and reporting any issues or supply needs as they arise
- Occasionally training new team members on best practices and machine care
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Prior experience operating industrial or multi-head embroidery machines
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with machine adjustments and repairs
- Solid eye for detail — you notice when something is 2mm off and know how to fix it
- Ability to interpret and load embroidery design files (DST, PES, etc.)
- Comfort working on your feet, sometimes with tight deadlines
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with different fabric types and stabilizers
- Experience with digitizing embroidery designs
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
