What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing surfaces by scraping, sanding, or washing, so every finish looks and lasts its best
- Mixing, matching, and applying paints according to instructions and project guidelines
- Assisting lead painters on scaffolding, ladders, or wherever the day's challenge takes you
- Maintaining cleanliness on-site and organizing tools and materials for smooth workflow
- Following supervisor instructions to make sure safety and quality standards are met
- Supporting colleagues with moving equipment or collaborating on larger tasks as needed
- Reporting progress and highlighting any issues early so small problems stay small
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Age under 35 (as required for work eligibility)
- Willingness to work with your hands and learn on the job
- Physically fit and comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
- Valid visit visa with at least one month status (to help us process your company residency)
- Positive attitude and reliability—showing up matters to us
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in painting, construction, or similar hands-on roles
- Basic understanding of paints, colors, or site safety routines
- Some English or Hindi/Urdu speaking ability for smoother team communication
