What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with event setup and takedown — stages, chairs, décor, you name it (sometimes with a dash of last-minute creativity).
- Working closely with the event coordination team to ensure everything runs smoothly on the ground.
- Helping guests, participants, or vendors with directions, questions, or quick solutions.
- Maintaining a tidy and organized venue, tackling issues proactively and helping the whole team shine.
- Supporting catering logistics (kitchen duties included!), from food prep to cleanup, depending on the event.
- Taking care of transportation arrangements and supplies — sometimes even doing the quick run for forgotten items.
- Always being ready to step in wherever help is needed during those crucial event moments.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Male candidate, age 45 or below (as per role requirement).
- Willingness to work 10–11 hours per day, with a one-hour break, and a weekly off.
- Valid own visa, cancelled visa, or visit visa — all are eligible; the company can sponsor a new visa in 15–20 days.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork.
- Basic communication skills (English or any commonly spoken language in the team).
- Serious interest in the role — this is for people ready to work and grow.
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, logistics, or related industries.
- Ability to handle minor technical or maintenance tasks.
