What You’ll Be Doing
As a Supervisor or Civil Engineer, your days will be filled with a mix of hands-on work, coordination, and problem-solving:

- Collaborating with project managers and foremen to keep everything (and everyone) on track.

- Helping with resource planning, scheduling, and making sure the right materials are in the right place at the right time.
- Using your UAE work experience to guide junior staff and share best practices.
- Keeping detailed records of project progress and presenting updates when needed.
- For Supervisors: Leading site staff and ensuring everyone understands their roles and safety procedures.
- For Civil Engineers: Overseeing structural elements, technical problem solving, and ensuring compliance with UAE construction codes.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering (or a related field for the Supervisor position).
- At least 2 years of hands-on work experience within the UAE construction industry.
- Valid UAE driving license — you’ll need to move across sites as required.
- Comfort with both office work and site visits; adaptability is key.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Detail-oriented approach and an ability to handle shifting site priorities.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with project management tools or scheduling software.
- A knack for motivating teams and diffusing worksite tensions.
- Previous involvement in maintenance-focused projects.
