We’re on the lookout for reliable workers to join our operations team in Al Rahba, Abu Dhabi, handling everything from loading and unloading equipment to setting up event tents. If you love to stay active, enjoy hands-on work, and prefer a role where no two days are exactly the same, this could be a great fit.
About the Company
We’re a close-knit crew of event professionals who believe that every great event starts with a strong foundation — literally. Our team is known for its can-do spirit, friendly banter, and the pride we take in transforming empty spaces into vibrant event settings. While we work hard (sometimes under the sun, sometimes under the stars), there’s a genuine sense of camaraderie here. Whether we’re sharing a meal after a big installation or cheering each other on during busy seasons, you’ll always have support and a few laughs along the way.

- Transporting supplies safely to designated areas at different event sites
- Assembling and installing tents — large and small — according to layout plans and safety guidelines
- Teaming up to efficiently set up, secure, and take down temporary structures as needed
- Assisting with general site preparation, clean-up, and ensuring all items are accounted for post-event
- Collaborating closely with team leads and fellow crew members to hit deadlines and handle surprises on the job
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Valid UAE residence visa
- Physical fitness — able to lift and carry items, and spend hours on your feet
- Willingness to work as part of a team, communicating clearly and helping out wherever needed
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience with loading/unloading and tent installations for events
- Ability to read basic setup diagrams (or a willingness to learn!)
- Any relevant safety certifications or experience working with event equipment
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Attractive, competitive salary
- Company-provided accommodation for a comfortable stay in Al Rahba
- Hot meals provided on working days — no need to pack lunch
- All tools and safety gear supplied
- Supportive, multicultural team environment where your contribution truly matters
We’re not just a company — we’re the crew that gets the show on the road and the tent up before the first guest arrives. If you’re ready for a role that keeps you on your toes (and out in the fresh air), we think you’ll find your place here.
