What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting onsite excavation activities for oil and gas operations, following clear instructions and safety guidelines.
- Operating and maintaining machinery and equipment as required (training provided for new hires).
- Assisting with loading, unloading, and movement of materials across worksites.
- Keeping work areas clean, organized, and in line with company safety standards.
- Working efficiently as part of a large team — communication is just as important as muscle here.
- Learning quickly in a physically demanding role; every day can bring a slightly different challenge.
- Being available for overtime when needed — oil and gas never sleep, and neither do our projects!
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Age under 30 years (company policy)
- Currently residing in the UAE, with a valid visa (no overstayers)
- Willingness (and physical ability) to work full-time shifts: 10 hours daily, with Fridays off
- Team player attitude—reliability, punctuality, and honesty are a must
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience with construction, excavation, or oil/gas services
- Basic conversational English or Arabic
