About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to be the backbone of a fast-paced office in the heart of Dubai? As our next Admin Executive, you’ll be stepping into a role that’s much more than just paperwork — you’ll be the go-to person who keeps the gears turning at our bustling Oud Metha location. This is your chance to make a real impact behind the scenes, ensuring our team functions smoothly and nothing falls through the cracks. If you enjoy a blend of structure, variety, and the occasional curveball, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

About the Company

We’re a tight-knit team operating out of Dubai’s vibrant Oud Metha district — where collaboration, efficiency, and a touch of fun are always on the agenda. You’ll notice straight away that our office culture values open communication, mutual support, and a shared drive to succeed. Whether it’s our Thursday trivia breaks, celebrating birthdays together, or the way we always have each other’s backs during crunch times, there’s a genuine sense of belonging here. We’re entering an exciting phase of growth, and every seat at our table holds new possibilities for learning and contribution.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serving as the first point of contact for internal and external queries — you’ll often be the friendly face (or voice) that makes someone’s day easier.
  • Preparing, organizing, and maintaining critical records and files (physical and digital), ensuring everything is accessible and up-to-date.
  • Drafting reports, memos, and presentations to support management and help decision-makers stay in-the-know.
  • Managing daily office operations, from scheduling meetings to monitoring supplies — nothing escapes your attention.
  • Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth office workflows and assist with occasional event planning or team gatherings.
  • Assisting with logistics for new hires, vendors, and visitors — you know how to make everyone feel welcome.
  • Tackling ad hoc administrative tasks as they arise (because let’s be honest, no two days look quite the same).

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Relevant experience in an administrative or office support role (1 year or more preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities — you take pride in your attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken (English required, other languages a bonus).
  • Comfortable with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and quick to pick up new software.
  • A positive, proactive attitude — you solve problems before they become issues.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience working in a corporate office in the UAE.
  • Familiarity with report preparation and document control best practices.
  • Ability to speak Arabic or other languages common in Dubai’s multicultural environment.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Two-year residency visa sponsorship — no paperwork headaches.
  • Health insurance that covers your essential needs.
  • Accommodation and daily office transportation provided — fewer things to worry about.
  • Competitive salary starting from [insert starting salary here], with annual review opportunities.
  • A collaborative yet relaxed work environment where everyone’s ideas are heard.
  • Straightforward working hours so you can plan your life outside the office, too.
  • A supportive team and leadership who actually care about your development — we want you to grow with us.

Join us in making a real difference for our team and our clients — and find out just how rewarding an Admin Executive role can be.
