About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Are you someone who thrives when organizing, supporting, and making sense of the daily bustle of a busy office? If so, our Admin Executive role at our Dubai corporate headquarters in Business Bay could be just the spot you’ve been looking for. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being the go-to for coordination and communication, keeping everything running like clockwork behind the scenes. With a prime location and a close-knit team, this is more than just an admin job—it’s an opportunity to be at the heart of a vibrant, rapidly growing business.

About the Company

Our company is all about ambition, energy, and making things happen—whether it’s helping a new client onboard seamlessly or celebrating another week wrapped up with a team lunch (yes, we don’t skip those!). With our headquarters in the heart of Business Bay, we’re right in the center of Dubai’s corporate action—but you’ll also notice a unique sense of camaraderie here that tempers the fast pace. No two days are the same, and we like it that way; our team is a diverse group, always willing to lend a hand or share a laugh over strong coffee. Success for us isn’t just about the numbers—it’s about everyone growing together.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating day-to-day administrative activities to keep office operations seamless and efficient.
  • Organizing, filing, and maintaining important business documents, both physical and digital (a knack for keeping track of the little things goes a long way).
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings—sometimes last-minute, sometimes well in advance—making sure everyone’s on the same page (and in the right room).
  • Supporting management with creating and compiling monthly and ad-hoc reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communications between departments, clients, and vendors with professionalism and clarity.
  • Assisting with travel and accommodation arrangements for management staff, as needed.
  • Providing support for onboarding new team members and ensuring their smooth integration.
  • Pitching in on any special projects or company events that come your way—flexibility is key here!

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in an administrative or office coordination role, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and an eagle eye for detail—accuracy matters.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office Suite (think: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to juggle priorities, work independently, and stay adaptable if plans change suddenly.
  • Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with office management software (ERP, CRM, or similar).
  • Previous experience working with or supporting senior management.
  • Multilingual abilities (especially Arabic or Hindi) are a plus.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Two-year residency sponsorship—start planning your Dubai adventure for the long haul.
  • Comprehensive health insurance—your wellbeing (and peace of mind) is covered.
  • Company accommodation and transportation provided—one less thing to worry about as you settle into life in Dubai.
  • Supportive and energetic team culture with plenty of professional growth opportunities.
  • A lively, modern office in Business Bay with easy access to metro and city hotspots.
  • Regular chances to join team events, trainings, and community initiatives.

Our commitment goes beyond ticking corporate boxes—we’re here to help you grow, succeed, and feel like an essential part of something bigger.

Please note: As part of our recruitment process, there is an application fee charged by our recruitment company.
