About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what the heartbeat of a thriving Dubai office sounds like? As an Admin Executive with us in Business Bay, you’ll become the pulse that keeps everything running seamlessly. This isn’t just about handling paperwork — it’s your opportunity to provide essential support to our fast-paced team, turning chaos into calm, and keeping the workday on track for everyone around you.

About the Company

Nestled in the dynamic heart of Business Bay, our company is more than just a workplace — it’s where diverse talents come together with a shared purpose. We value resourcefulness, positivity, and a can-do spirit (there’s a reason the phrase “It can’t be done” is pretty much forbidden at our desks). Our culture mixes friendly camaraderie with a genuine drive for excellence; you’ll often find us exchanging ideas over coffee breaks or cheering each other on during busy weeks. Growth isn’t just a buzzword here; it’s something we nurture in our teams, not just in our business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating daily administrative operations to ensure the office runs like a well-oiled machine
  • Managing and organizing office documents, both digital and paper, for quick retrieval
  • Serving as the first point of contact by answering phone calls and responding to emails with professionalism and warmth
  • Supporting management with scheduling, travel arrangements, and ad-hoc tasks when things get busy
  • Liaising with different departments to facilitate collaboration and problem-solving
  • Overseeing basic office maintenance: from ordering supplies to keeping our workspace inviting
  • Assisting newcomers and guests — you’ll be the welcoming face of our company
  • Jumping in when unexpected administrative tasks arise (it happens!) — and handling them with grace

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Proactive approach and the ability to prioritize tasks independently
  • Friendly, approachable, and adaptable attitude
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with local Dubai processes and office regulations
  • Additional language skills (Arabic? That would be fantastic, but not required)
  • Experience supporting management or senior leaders

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Company-sponsored two-year UAE residency visa
  • Comprehensive health insurance
  • Comfortable shared accommodation provided, so you can settle in without stress
  • Work in Dubai’s vibrant Business Bay, with great lunch spots and all amenities close by
  • Collegial, supportive team — collaboration is how we get things done
  • Opportunities for on-the-job learning and professional growth
  • Regular team catch-ups and the occasional celebration (results and milestones matter here!)

We believe that when people feel supported — at work and at home — they do their best. If you’re eager to make a difference in a team where every day offers something new, you just might be our next Admin Executive.
