About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Curious about playing a key role where your organizational skills actually make life easier for others? As an Administrative Executive in Al Qusais, you won’t just keep things ticking—you’ll be the person everyone turns to when things need to run smoothly. If you’re already in the UAE and looking for a stable, supportive environment with plenty of moving pieces, this could be your fit. Plus, with a competitive salary, generous benefits, and a lively office atmosphere, you might find it’s a breath of fresh air compared to the usual desk job.

About the Company

You’ll join a well-respected firm at the heart of Al Qusais, where business is booming and no two days are quite the same. The team here values reliability, a sense of humor, and mutual support; there’s an unspoken tradition of sharing lunch recommendations and quick coffee breaks when the day gets busy. While the pace can keep you on your toes, management genuinely believes that a good executive administrator is at the heart of a happy, productive office.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing daily office operations—from supplies to schedules, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes organizer.
  • Coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements to keep the management team one step ahead.
  • Drafting, sorting, and maintaining important documents, files, and records with an eagle eye for detail.
  • Acting as the go-to point for all admin queries—expect colleagues to pop by your desk for advice or quick help.
  • Supporting senior management with timely administrative tasks, sometimes on tight deadlines.
  • Streamlining workflow—constantly looking for little tweaks that make things work better for everyone.
  • Liaising with vendors and external partners to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong experience (preferably in the UAE) managing office administration or executive support roles.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities—juggling schedules doesn’t faze you.
  • Professional communication skills in English (bonus if you’ve picked up a word or two of Arabic at the office).
  • Confidence handling confidential information, and a proactive approach to learning new tools.
  • Currently residing in the UAE—this is a must.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary (AED 4,000–6,000) that recognizes your experience.
  • Visa sponsorship, health insurance, accommodation, and transport—leave the logistics to us.
  • A well-knit, friendly office culture with people who genuinely look out for one another.
  • Management support and career guidance—you’ll grow alongside the business.
  • Regular lunches, an open-door policy, and a sense of team that makes even busy days enjoyable.

We know administrative roles can sometimes feel thankless, but here, your contribution is noticed, appreciated, and rewarded. If you’re ready to be the heart of a vibrant office, we can’t wait to meet you.

  • How do you make sure everyday office life stays positive and friendly, even when things get busy or stressful?
