What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling interior and exterior painting tasks at active job sites across buildings and booths.
- Applying paints with rollers and spray machines to achieve smooth, consistent, professional results.
- Prepping surfaces (scraping, sanding, patching — the works) and ensuring every detail is up to spec before you even pick up a brush.
- Working closely with fellow crew members and supervisors to meet deadlines, even under pressure.
- Keeping your work area tidy and tools organized — because safety and efficiency matter here.
- Troubleshooting on the spot and adapting plans when site conditions change (it happens!).
- Following health and safety procedures at all times to maintain a safe workplace for everyone.
