What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing and drafting detailed façade designs using AutoCAD, tailored to aluminum and glass systems.
  • Preparing accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and estimates that set projects up for success from the get-go.
  • Coordinating and creating thorough quotations, ensuring every specification is crystal clear.
  • Handling BOLs (Bill of Lading) as part of your workflow, keeping all logistics and documentation shipshape.
  • Conducting timely material inquiries, comparing supplier options, and supporting procurement decisions.
  • Liaising with project managers and site teams, translating design intent into practical, on-site solutions.
  • Spotting potential design pitfalls early—and suggesting smart alternatives when they crop up.
  • Keeping an organized, proactive approach—juggling multiple projects and tight deadlines with grace.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • 2–3 years of UAE experience in façade, aluminum, and glass engineering—ideally within a busy, project-driven environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, with a portfolio to match.
  • Solid understanding of technical drawings, fabrication, estimation, and material requirements for aluminum and glass systems.
  • Confidence managing the entire design workflow—BOQs, quotations, material inquiries, and BOLs included.
  • Clear, professional communication skills (written and spoken English).
  • Ability to handle pressure and prioritize in a fast-paced team.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior exposure to site coordination with contractors or consultants.
  • Fluency in Arabic or Hindi.
  • Experience with other design or project management tools (e.g., Revit, Primavera).
