About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what really keeps a modern office or residential building ticking smoothly behind the scenes? As our next Facilities Management Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of it all — making sure our clients’ spaces are safe, efficient, and running like clockwork. If you thrive on juggling details, solving problems on the fly, and keeping things impeccably organized, this role at Super Facilities Management on Al Murror Road, Abu Dhabi, might just be your perfect fit.

About the Company

Super Facilities Management isn’t just another name in the business — we’re a team that genuinely takes pride in making spaces work better for people. Our crew is tight-knit, approachable, and always up for a challenge (we take our morning karak almost as seriously as our service levels). As we expand across Abu Dhabi, we’re keeping our culture nimble and supportive; ideas are always welcome, and we believe in celebrating our wins, big or small.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating daily facility operations, from routine maintenance schedules to unexpected repair requests.
  • Acting as the main point of contact between clients, contractors, and our in-house maintenance team.
  • Monitoring building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and organizing prompt interventions when needed.
  • Keeping meticulous records of work orders, service contracts, and compliance documentation.
  • Supporting procurement of supplies and services, ensuring timely deliveries and cost efficiency.
  • Helping plan and oversee minor renovations, fit-outs, or upgrades with minimal disruption to occupants.
  • Conducting regular inspections to spot potential issues before they become headaches.
  • Responding swiftly and calmly to urgent facility issues — you’re cool under pressure.
  • Assisting with budgeting, reporting, and recommending improvements to keep operations lean and effective.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience in facilities coordination, building management, or a similar operational role.
  • Excellent organizational skills — you love a good checklist and hate loose ends.
  • Strong communication abilities in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Comfort with basic MS Office tools (Excel, Word) and facility management software.
  • A knack for multi-tasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with local Abu Dhabi building regulations and safety standards.
  • Technical background or hands-on experience with building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
  • Experience working with diverse teams and external vendors.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
  • Supportive, close-knit team that values your input and celebrates your achievements.
  • Opportunities to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility as we expand.
  • Convenient location on Al Murror Road, with easy access to transport and amenities.
  • Regular team gatherings and the occasional surprise lunch (because food brings us together).
  • Flexible approach to work-life balance and leave policies.

At Super Facilities Management, you’ll be part of a mission-driven crew that knows how to get things done — and have a little fun along the way. If you’re ready to make a real impact, we can’t wait to meet you.
