What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating daily facility operations, from routine maintenance schedules to unexpected repair requests.
- Acting as the main point of contact between clients, contractors, and our in-house maintenance team.
- Monitoring building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and organizing prompt interventions when needed.
- Keeping meticulous records of work orders, service contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Supporting procurement of supplies and services, ensuring timely deliveries and cost efficiency.
- Helping plan and oversee minor renovations, fit-outs, or upgrades with minimal disruption to occupants.
- Conducting regular inspections to spot potential issues before they become headaches.
- Responding swiftly and calmly to urgent facility issues — you’re cool under pressure.
- Assisting with budgeting, reporting, and recommending improvements to keep operations lean and effective.
What You’ll Bring
