What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming visitors and ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.
- Managing daily office operations — think phone calls, emails, and ensuring schedules run smoothly.
- Handling client documentation with careful attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks and preparing reports as required.
- Keeping digital and paper records organized and up-to-date.
- Coordinating with team members for meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Supporting colleagues with various admin tasks as needed — no two days are identical.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently on your own visa (essential for this role).
- At least 1 year of hands-on administrative experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (any field — we care more about your drive and skills).
- Fluent in Hindi (spoken and written), plus good English communication.
- Strong organizational skills and a knack for multi-tasking.
- Confident handling client documentation and sensitive information.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working in Dubai or the UAE.
- Familiarity with MS Office and basic accounting software.
