About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Looking for a Female Admin to Join Our Real Estate Team in Business Bay, Dubai

Ever wondered what really keeps a busy real estate office humming along? Spoiler alert: it isn’t all glossy brochures and site visits — it’s the heartbeat at the front desk, keeping everyone on track and the paperwork flowing. If you thrive in a dynamic, detail-driven workspace and feel at home juggling calendars, calls, and contracts, we’d love to meet you. This full-time Female Admin position could be a great fit if you’re ready to grow your skills with an energetic team in Business Bay.

About Us

Tucked in the center of Dubai’s buzzing Business Bay, our real estate team brings together a mix of seasoned property pros and newcomers eager to reshape the city’s skyline. We’re passionate about creating seamless experiences — not just for our clients, but internally, too. Whether it’s celebrating project wins with Friday treats or swapping stories at lunchtime about that “unforgettable closing call,” there’s a sense of camaraderie here. We move quickly, laugh often, and take pride in making sure our operations run smoother than the Dubai Metro at 7 AM.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming guests, clients, and agents — you’ll be the face (and the voice) of our office.
  • Handling daily office tasks: from answering phones, managing emails, and tracking supplies, to keeping the shared spaces organized.
  • Coordinating, preparing, and filing essential documents — accuracy and confidentiality matter here.
  • Supporting property agents with schedules, appointment bookings, and little tasks that make big deals happen.
  • Keeping tabs on the status of listings, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Liaising with external vendors and service providers (think couriers, maintenance, or coffee deliveries!).
  • Pitching in with the occasional event set-up or team-building activity — we’re all hands on deck when it counts.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (real estate office? Even better!).
  • Strong organizational skills — you’re the one with the color-coded planner or neatly filed inbox.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written. You communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Solid time management and attention to detail; you spot the typo or missing form when others might not.
  • Friendly, approachable personality — you keep a calm head, even when the phones light up at once.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior experience in the real estate sector or a busy front-desk environment.
  • Familiarity with industry software (CRM systems, DLD portals, or even Excel wizards are welcome).
  • Other language skills — Dubai is a melting pot, after all.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Contemporary office in the heart of Business Bay — easy commutes, stylish surroundings, and vibrant city energy.
  • Supportive, close-knit team that values your ideas and celebrates your wins (big and small).
  • Regular training and upskilling opportunities — we want you to grow alongside us.
  • Friendly work environment, with team lunches, holiday treats, and the occasional group outing.
  • Stable, full-time role with clear career paths in a leading real estate firm.

In short: you’ll step into a role where your routine matters, your input is valued, and every day offers something new. We can’t wait to meet the person who’ll help us run a tighter, happier ship!
