About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever imagine being at the very center of a thriving real estate business in Dubai, where every day brings both fresh challenges and rewarding wins? We’re looking for a Female Administration professional to join our close-knit team at Jersey Holding in Business Bay. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are known for your detailed knowledge of real estate admin, this could be the leap you’ve been waiting for. Here’s what sets this opportunity apart: you’ll help keep our fast-moving operation running smoothly, from paperwork to people.
About the Company
Jersey Holding isn’t just another name in Dubai real estate — we’re a passionate group who genuinely believes that success starts with teamwork and trust. Our office in Business Bay is bustling, but you’ll always find a friendly face (and maybe a strong cup of coffee) around the corner. We value clear communication, celebrate wins as a team, and pride ourselves on transparency with clients and colleagues alike. With a flat hierarchy and frequent team lunches, you’ll feel part of the family from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing all administrative aspects of real estate transactions, from client onboarding to final documentation
- Preparing and reviewing contracts; ensuring each dotted “i” and crossed “t” is perfectly in place
- Coordinating DLD (Dubai Land Department) procedures and making sure all compliance documentation is up to scratch
- Keeping the CRM system organized, up-to-date, and genuinely useful for sales and management teams
- Following up with clients after viewings or signings — you’ll often be the friendly first point of contact
- Working closely with sales to keep everyone aligned, informed, and on track
- Handling general office tasks that keep our busy workspace humming (think: scheduling, paperwork, a little bit of everything)
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Full knowledge of real estate administration processes specific to Dubai
- Strong experience with contracts, documentation, and DLD coordination
- Confident handling CRM systems and digital admin tools
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders at once
- Female candidates only, as per the team’s composition requirements
Nice-to-Haves
- Fluency in Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu; not required, but definitely helpful in our multicultural office
- Previous experience supporting a busy sales team or working in a high-energy office setting
- A knack for keeping a positive attitude, even around tight deadlines
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive pay, regular reviews, and opportunities for advancement as we grow
- Central Business Bay office — with great views, easy access, and plenty going on
- Supportive, diverse team where your opinion genuinely counts
- Room to shape the admin role and truly own your responsibilities — no micromanaging here
- Occasional team events, birthday celebrations, and the odd friendly debate over lunch
- Flexible hours and understanding about life outside the office (within business needs)
You’ll make a visible impact every single day, supported by colleagues who are just as driven — and just as human — as you are. If you’re ready to join a company that values your expertise and your personality, let’s talk.
