About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever pictured yourself as the heartbeat of a thriving real estate office, keeping the gears running smoothly behind the scenes? As a Female Administration professional at Jersey Holding, you’ll do just that—shaping the daily experience for our clients and team right in the pulsing heart of Business Bay. If real estate admin is your thing and you’ve got Dubai know-how, this is your chance to shine in a role that truly matters.

About the Company

At Jersey Holding, we don’t just talk about collaboration—we live it, day in and day out. Our team is dynamic, ambitious, and a little bit quirky (ask about our famous Wednesday breakfasts or the office cat photos in our break room). We’ve made our mark in Dubai’s fast-paced property market by combining a sharp focus on innovation with old-fashioned reliability. Whether you’re a fan of lively brainstorming sessions or prefer working quietly with a hot latte, you’ll find a welcoming home here.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing the full spectrum of real estate admin work, including contracts, documentation, and DLD processes from start to finish
  • Coordinating with Dubai Land Department and other authorities to ensure compliance and smooth transactions
  • Keeping our CRM system spotless and up-to-date—no detail too small, no data point too trivial
  • Acting as the go-to liaison between clients and our sales team, making sure nobody is left waiting or wondering
  • Following up with leads, answering questions, and making sure everyone’s paperwork is in place and progress is on track
  • Supporting the office with ad hoc admin tasks that keep the engine running (think: scheduling, reporting, or wrangling the courier when parcels go missing)

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Hands-on experience with real estate admin in Dubai—contracts, DLD procedures, and the whole documentation dance
  • Strong command of English (both written and verbal); bonus points if you’re comfortable in Arabic or another language
  • Confidence working with CRM systems and tech tools relevant to property management
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a talent for multitasking in a fast-moving environment
  • Positive energy, team spirit, and excellent communication skills—you’re calm under pressure and always approachable

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior experience supporting a sales team in real estate
  • A knack for client care and building relationships
  • Flexibility to jump into new projects as our business evolves

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • A friendly, high-energy West Bay office with a supportive leadership team
  • Real opportunities for professional growth in one of Dubai’s most exciting industries
  • Flexibility in work schedules—plus occasional remote work options based on performance
  • Office get-togethers, little celebrations, and a culture that values work–life balance
  • Competitive compensation and performance bonuses—because we know your value
  • Exposure to international clients and a diverse, multicultural team

At Jersey Holding, you’re not just another admin desk—you’re a vital part of a growing story. We can’t wait to meet you.
