About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to be the behind-the-scenes driver of a top-performing real estate team right in the heart of Dubai’s Business Bay? At MCS Real Estate, we’re looking for a diligent and motivated female Real Estate Admin who’s ready to step into a pivotal support role. Here, your knack for organization and your eye for detail will not just keep the wheels turning — you’ll be the person our team relies on to keep properties listed, deals moving, and compliance buttoned up. If you enjoy the fast-paced world of property, this position puts you at the center of it all.

About MCS Real Estate

Founded in the energetic hub of Business Bay, MCS Real Estate blends deep market expertise with a genuine commitment to client satisfaction and teamwork. We’re known for our straight-talking approach, a tightly-knit office vibe, and our modern outlook on real estate in Dubai’s ever-changing skyline. It’s not just about closing deals here — it’s the morning coffee banter in the kitchen, the quick laughs during Friday wrap-ups, and a shared drive to always improve. With every new property, we see an opportunity to connect people to their dreams.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Accurately listing and updating properties on Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle, always keeping details crisp and compelling.
  • Preparing essential real estate contracts, including Forms A, B, F, and tenancy contracts, with a sharp eye for accuracy.
  • Managing and organizing all documentation related to DLD permits and staying on top of DLD compliance requirements.
  • Coordinating seamlessly with our agents, diverse clients, and Dubai regulatory authorities — you’ll be the linchpin for smooth communication.
  • Keeping digital and physical records impeccably organized for easy access and solid audit trails.
  • Assisting with welcoming visitors, answering calls, and ensuring the office environment runs like clockwork on busy days.
  • Supporting marketing activities as needed — sometimes helping design a flyer, sometimes pitching in with open house prep.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Previous experience in a real estate admin or property coordinator role.
  • Solid knowledge of listing properties on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle (you know the ins and outs!).
  • Familiarity with preparing Dubai real estate contracts (Forms A, B, F, tenancy agreements).
  • Understanding of DLD permits and compliance processes.
  • Confident, friendly communicator in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational skills — you love a good to-do list and know how to prioritize.
  • Female candidates only, as per current team requirements.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with basic marketing support (flyer design, social posts).
  • Arabic language skills.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms or digital record-keeping tools.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Modern, friendly workplace in the iconic Business Bay with a vibe that’s equal parts professional and upbeat.
  • Team-first culture: Supportive managers and colleagues who know that a quick joke can make a tough day better.
  • Hybrid work possibilities once you’re settled in — we value trust and flexibility.
  • Opportunities for learning: Hands-on exposure to Dubai’s real estate landscape, plus support for your ongoing professional development.
  • Regular team outings — think easy-going lunches, holiday celebrations, and milestone cheers.
  • Competitive salary with potential for growth as you expand your skillset and responsibilities.

At MCS, you won’t just be another face in the office — your work will have a real impact, and there’s always room to grow. If you’re looking to join a close-knit team at the crossroads of challenge and opportunity, you might be just who we’re looking for.

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

For a Real Estate Admin role with prior experience and solid industry knowledge in Dubai, you should expect a salary of at least 5,000–7,000 AED per month, depending on your background and specific skills. Similar positions in reputable real estate agencies, especially in business hubs like Business Bay, often fall within this range, and having expertise in Dubai’s property platforms and compliance requirements may strengthen your case for the higher end. If you also bring marketing or CRM experience, you could reasonably negotiate towards the top of that scale.
