What You’ll Be Doing
- Cheerfully greet walk-in customers and make them feel welcome as soon as they step inside
- Direct visitors to the correct department or service area, ensuring no one is left waiting or confused
- Notify colleagues promptly—whether a technician, adviser, or manager—when their customer has arrived
- Provide basic assistance to customers while they wait, answering simple queries and offering refreshments when needed
- Efficiently field incoming phone calls, transferring them to the appropriate person or department
- Keep the reception area tidy and organized so it leaves a professional, inviting impression at all times
- Support the admin team with light clerical tasks as needed—labels, printing, a dash of schedule wrangling, etc.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- 1–3 years’ experience in a receptionist or similar customer-facing role (preferably in Dubai)
- Excellent spoken and written English—communication is your superpower
- Confidence with phone etiquette and professional in-person interactions
- Friendly, positive attitude with a knack for putting others at ease
- Ability to join immediately (this one’s non-negotiable; we need someone now!)
- Organized, reliable, and happy to pitch in wherever the day takes you
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in automotive services or a fast-paced service industry
- Working knowledge of basic office software (MS Office, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Additional languages, especially Arabic or Hindi, are a big plus
