What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)

- Oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities, ensuring safety and efficiency at every stage (Site Supervisor)
- Liaise closely with project managers and tradespeople to keep work progressing smoothly
- Carry out precise land measurements, using the newest surveying equipment for construction layouts and boundaries (Land Surveyor)
- Prepare, review, and edit technical drawings, construction plans, and blueprints in AutoCAD, blending accuracy with creativity (AutoCAD Draftsman)
- Collaborate with engineering teams and site staff to solve unexpected challenges as they arise
- Design and review electrical systems for building projects, ensuring compliance and efficiency (Electrical Engineer)
- Supervise electrical installations and coordinate with other construction disciplines to keep everything running in sync
- Document project progress and contribute to high-quality, on-time delivery
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
Must-Haves:
- Relevant professional experience in construction, surveying, drafting, or electrical engineering (at least 3–5 years preferred)
- For site roles: solid understanding of on-site safety and best construction practices
- For surveyor roles: hands-on experience with Total Stations, GPS, and level tools
- For AutoCAD Draftsmen: proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D); ability to interpret architectural and engineering plans
- For Electrical Engineers: degree in Electrical Engineering, plus familiarity with building services, safety codes, and current design software
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a diverse project team
- Adaptability — you bring solutions, not just problems
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous work in Al Ain or the wider UAE market
- Knowledge of Arabic (an asset, not a must)
