What You’ll Be Doing
Masons:
- Shape, lay, and finish stone, brick, and block to meet project specs.
- Troubleshoot tricky layouts (we love a clever problem-solver!).
- Keep a sharp eye on quality and site cleanliness.
Electricians:
- Safely install, wire, and maintain electrical systems.
- Read and interpret construction schematics with confidence.
- Respond quickly to onsite electrical needs and emergencies.
Steel Fixers:
- Assemble and secure reinforcing steel and rebar for concrete pours.
- Read technical drawings and work closely with site engineers.
- Ensure structural integrity and safety standards are met.
Construction/Site Supervisors (UAE Driving License required):
- Coordinate teams, resources, and daily schedules on site.
- Solve on-the-ground challenges and keep projects moving.
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and municipal officials.
Civil Construction Roles:
- Support engineering, supervision, and execution across civil projects.
- Check site safety, materials, and progress.
- Pitch in wherever needed — flexibility is key.
What You’ll Bring
