About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever imagined yourself at the heart of the construction action—directing, solving, and making things happen on-site every day? If you thrive on building structures that leave a lasting impression, this Foreman role could be just the next big step in your UAE construction journey. We’re seeking an experienced Foreman who can bring both expertise and a genuine team spirit to our busy sites in Abu Dhabi. It’s an opportunity to make every detail count, and to play a frontline role in some of the city's most exciting projects.
About the Company
We’re a well-respected name in Abu Dhabi’s contracting scene, known for projects that don’t just meet expectations—they raise the bar. While technical skill is essential here, it’s the camaraderie and problem-solving mentality that really defines our culture. Our teams swap stories over karak at sunrise and work shoulder-to-shoulder (often quite literally!) to get the job done right—without cutting corners. Most weeks, we celebrate site milestones together, knowing everyone’s input was a vital part of the win.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading your assigned crew with confidence and clear communication—setting the tempo for safe, high-quality work each day.
- Reading and interpreting structural, architectural, and electrical drawings to ensure precise execution on site.
- Coordinating all concrete and finishing works, keeping one eye on detail and the other on deadlines.
- Liaising daily with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep everyone moving in sync, even when challenges crop up.
- Proactively solving problems as they arise, whether it’s an unexpected site condition or a shift in priorities.
- Checking materials, equipment, and manpower regularly—anticipating needs before they slow down the workflow.
- Keeping site documentation up to date and sharing progress with management so there are no last-minute surprises.
