What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily site operations for fit out and decoration projects, making sure every element is delivered to spec
- Directing skilled labor teams—allocating tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring everyone’s working safely and efficiently
- Reviewing and interpreting architectural and shop drawings to coordinate precise installations
- Proactively identifying potential issues or delays and resolving them before they escalate
- Ensuring strict adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and HSE (Health & Safety) guidelines
- Liaising with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep workflows running smoothly
- Conducting routine checks on workmanship and materials and reporting progress to your supervisor
- Acting as a role model for good site practices and positive team spirit
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on fit out & decoration experience in the UAE
- Proven ability to manage and motivate labor teams on active construction sites
- Solid track record of reading and working from technical drawings
- Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and quality work
- Good communication skills—English is a must, and a second language is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with a “lead by example” attitude
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with Dubai Municipality regulations
- Spoken Arabic or other regional language
- Prior experience with retail or commercial fit out projects
