What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring gypsum and joinery works are executed to the highest standards
- Leading, motivating, and mentoring a team of skilled tradespeople—keeping spirits high and productivity on track
- Interpreting project drawings and specifications, translating them into actionable tasks for the crew
- Coordinating material deliveries and managing inventory to avoid project delays
- Monitoring work progress, troubleshooting site issues, and ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality
- Conducting regular safety checks and toolbox talks—safety is a team effort here
- Liaising with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to keep everyone in the loop
- Documenting daily reports and site logs, so nothing falls through the cracks
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience as a Foreman in gypsum and joinery works within the UAE
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team
- Solid understanding of construction drawings, material requirements, and site safety practices
- Good communication skills in English (other languages are a bonus)
- Proven track record of timely, quality project delivery
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with Al Quoz area and local suppliers
- UAE driving license
